Tag 143 / Day 143

Heute ist Geburtstagstag! Aleks wird pfirsig…der Morgen beginnt mit Zachertorte, singender Kerze und einem prall gefüllten Gabentisch. Dann ist Segeltime, heute wollen wir den Spinnaker ausprobieren. Nachdem alle Vorbereitungen getroffen sind, ziehen wir das bunte Leichtwindsegel hoch, der Anblick ist toll. Nach einem kleinen Badeabstecher geht es zurück nach Kassiopi, wo wir den Geburtstag bei einem leckeren Essen ausklingen lassen. Erfüllt und zufrieden fallen wir abends ins Bett.

Today is birthday day! Aleks is getting peachy… the morning begins with Zachertorte, a singing candle and a bulging gift table. Then it’s sailing time, today we want to try the spinnaker. After all the preparations have been made, we pull up the colorful light wind sail, the sight is great. A short swim later, we return to Kassiopi, where we end the birthday with a delicious meal. We fall into bed at night full and satisfied.
