Tag 140 / Day 140

Jetzt sind es nur noch 15 Seemeilen bis nach Korfu, wo wir gemeinsam mit Beate 2 Wochen Landurlaub machen. Na ja, mehr oder weniger, etwas Daysailing wird sicherlich dabei sein. Wir nutzen die kurze Strecke für kleine Arbeiten, so braucht das Logbuch nach 2500 Seemeilen etwas Gaffazuwendung. In Kassiopi legen wir das erste Mal mit Anker und Heckleinen an. Es klappt super. Und dann geht der Stress los, Sachen packen, kleines Frühstück für unterwegs, Bus zum Flughafen erwischen, Mietauto abholen, Einkaufen, Airbnb einrichten und dann endlich lecker Essen und Cocktails.

Now it’s only 15 nautical miles to Corfu, where we’re going on shore leave for 2 weeks with Beate. Well, more or less, some daysailing will certainly be there. We use the short distance for small jobs, so after 2500 nautical miles the logbook needs some gaffa attention. In Kassiopi we moor for the first time with anchor and stern lines. It works great. And then the stress starts, pack things, have a small breakfast on the go, catch the bus to the airport, pick up the rental car, go shopping, set up Airbnb and then finally get some delicious food and cocktails.
