Tag 110 / Day 110

Es pustet ordentlich. Nachdem wir nochmal die Leinen checken und zusätzliche Fender anbringen, legen wir uns nochmal gemütlich ins Bett und gucken Serien. Dank des Inputs von John und Hartmut entscheiden wir uns für eine Abreise am Montag früh. Am Abend, besuchen wir unsere Bootsnachbarn Esther und Giancarlo. Bei einem spritzigen Wein erzählen sie von ihrer siebenjährigen Segelreise und ihren weiteren Plänen. Esther zeigt uns die Zubereitung von Kaktusfeigen, die man hier einfach am Straßenrand pflücken kann.

It blows properly. After we check the lines again and attach additional fenders, we lie down comfortably in bed and watch series. Thanks to the input from John and Hartmut, we decide to leave on Monday morning. In the evening, we visit our boat neighbors Esther and Giancarlo. Over a glass of sparkling wine, they talk about their seven-year sailing journey and their future plans. Esther shows us how to prepare prickly pears, which you can simply pick here on the side of the road.
