Tag 103 / Day 103

Die Strecke an die Nordwestküste Sardinies ist gesäumt von Olivenbäumen und buntem Orleander. Wir erreichen Alghero und Sassari genau zur Siesta Zeit, so dass die meisten Geschäfte geschlossen sind. Das bedauert vor allem Aleks. Das Eis hebt die Laune aber wieder. Unsere Rückfahrt nach Marinella wird ziemlich kurvenreich, die Serpentinen haben es in sich.

The route to the northwest coast of Sardinia is lined with olive trees and colorful Orleander. We reach Alghero and Sassari exactly at siesta time, so most shops are closed. Aleks, in particular, regrets this. But the ice lifts the spirits again. Our return trip to Marinella is quite winding, the switchbacks are tough.
