40 Grad und wir finden glücklicherweise 2 Plätze zum anlegen, mitten in der Stadt am Kai. In Avignon findet gerade das jährliche Theater Festival statt wo wir abends im Papst Palast in die Vorstellung “der schwarze Mönch“ von Regisseur Kiril Serebrennikov gehen. Dem Anlass entsprechend werfen wir uns in Schale und treffen Gabi zum Essen. Sie hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir und Schleusen Buddies, die ausverkaufte Vorstellung am Abend besuchen können.

40 degrees and luckily we find 2 places to moor, in the middle of the city on the quay. The annual theater festival is taking place in Avignon, where in the evening we go to the performance of “The Black Monk” by director Kiril Serebrennikov in the Pope’s Palace. According to the occasion, we dress up and meet Gabi for dinner. She made it possible for us and our Lock-Buddies to attend the sold-out performance in the evening.
