Tag 4 / Day 4 

Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein stechen wir bei ablaufend Wasser in See. Die Nordsee schaukelt uns Richtung Wilhelmshaven. Das schöne Wetter inspiriert uns noch heute in den Ems-Jade Kanal einzufahren und wir machen vor der Brücke Abickhafe am Abend fest. Es gibt vorzüglichen Salat mit Lachs und Walnußbrot zum Essen und wir stoßen auf die ersten Schleusen-Erfahrungen an.

In bright sunshine we leave the harbour by outgoing tide. The wavy North Sea leads us in the direction of Wilhelmshaven. The beautiful weather inspires us to continue with the Ems-Jade Canal. Finally we moor AYO in front of a small bridge in Abickhafe and stay there for the night. We finish our day with an excellent salad with salmon and walnut bread for dinner and we toast to the first locks experience!
